At Maison Close, we strive for your complete satisfaction with our luxury collections. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags and hygienic liners intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original Maison Close packaging, ensuring all labels are attached and the garment is in its original state.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
